Cap constraints and new Flyer philosophy helped team

Read this and I believe it is bang-on. Basically it says the Flyers did 2 things in the past that they have changed now:

1. depend on a handful of 'heroes' to carry the team on their shoulders.. instead of real balance: ie: see Lindros/Leclair/Legion of Doom

2. rely too heavily on older past their prime vets instead of speedy young talent and still-potent older guys, ie: see Amonte/Forsberg/Roenick
