Smith definitely, he has higher potential than Kindl. I'm actually not really sure Kindl should be on these lists because I consider him already a roster player in the NHL. Just like Ritola.

If Kindl is staying on the prospect ranking I vote him as he has a chance to crack the roster this year and that holds more weight then being a couple years away. Even if Smith will be the better player.

I went Smith here. Smith has the highest upside of any prospect in our system which is more than enough for me to put him at number two.

Even wih Kindl on this list I went Smith. Kindl may be a solid pro, but I still belive Smith can be a top pairing, top 10 D-man points in the league. Maybe its just me but I really do see that.

I dont get how many of you could opt to not include Kindl on the list. He has NOT made the team yet and is still considered a prospect until he does. Regardless if it is in 2 months or not.
