Foppa//Westguy, are you still reading this? If not, I'll just omit you from future updates.

Ah. I just got the complete series on DVD a few weeks ago and have since been working my way through it, so it's been on my mind lately.

Anyway, the show used flashbacks from the very beginning. At the end of Season 3, it introduced the flash-forward. What appeared to be an alternate reality, commonly referred to as the Flash-Sideways, debuted at the start of the sixth and final season. That's what I was getting at.

Yeah. That's enough hand grenades for a defensive core made up of 6 Toni Lydmans. Still though... 56 points for a 23 year old? and Jordan Leopold is worth 3 mil?

Meh, just a reference I threw out to see if someone would like it. My sense of humor can admittedly be pretty lame sometimes.

Any objections to "retiring" Grunville and Guy, since neither have posted in quite a while?

I don't mind doing it if you're reading, but I didn't know if you were still reading or not. It's your call.

Oh, well in that case yeah you can keep doing it. I still read it, I'll try to post more feedback on it.

One question though, what's up with the "alternate reality" thing?

Okay that's fine.

The Alternate Reality is because I started a different game with the same database, but I'm actually GMing a team in that one. It was just a one time update of how everyone was doing in the game where I'm GMing, that's all.

I'll retire Guy, but here's his final update since I already wrote it up.

June 23rd, 2012

Nicholas Guy has signed a one year deal with the Chicago Wolves of the AHL. He will make $180k for the 2012-2013 season and has $17,750 bonuses at 30 assists and 35 points. He also has an NHL Release Clause.

A good season for the Polar Bears would go a long way, methinks.

Germany has won the Deutschland Cup, finishing with a 4-0 record in the tournament. Trippler had 2 goals in the competition and finished a +2. Dan Kreutzer led the way with 3 goals and 7 points. Both of Trippler's goals were game winners. They came against Canada and Slovakia.

I was thinking about doing one more season the way I've been doing it, then simming ahead 5 years and doing one there, sort of like an update on Unsolved Mysteries. Thoughts?
