Tim Thomas

Hate on the Bruins all you want, and as disappointed as we are we have to give props to Tim Thomas. I don't think we lost to the better team but we sure as hell lost to the better goalie.

Well played, sir. Well played.

The Nucks learned absolutely nothing from the Bolts/Bruins series. You don't just shoot on a guy like Thomas. He over commits so much yet the Nucks constantly just shoot at him from afar. 2 on 1, always pass.

Thomas was very good, but the Nucks made him great. He wasn't Hasek like to me so I don't understand why the Nucks couldn't figure it out.

As far as I'm concerned, we were playing the the Boston Thomas's. Conn Smythe was well earned.

We made a lot of goalies look like superstars in these playoffs and I'm not sure why. Our offense just doesn't seem to handle the playoffs all that well. Or perhaps it's the shutdown pairings we've had to face - our top players are just not good enough to adjust to them.

True. But when the Norris defensemen are busy shutting down your top liners your 2nd line should be coming through. How much noise did Kesler/Higgins/Raymond/Tambo make exactly? One point?

Well, I consider Kesler a top player... so I wasn't trying to just blame the Sedins or whatever.

why would you show class to a classless gutless puke.

Bunt end of stick to Hansen's face - very classy
Taking down sedin unexpectedly in front of goal - definitely classy
Celebrating goals 5, 6, 7 - definition of class

That was unintentional. He wasn't even looking in Hansen's direction.

That was perfectly legal.

Players often celebrate when their team scores goals. Goalies are included in this category.

He manages to find a way to make many classy posts. Either way, he's pissed, I would be too if I been a long time Canucks fan.

But I been slowly learning to ignore the guy. He makes some not-so-nice posts.

I'm not sure if the stick on Hansen was intentional, but even I had to give kudos to him for hitting Sedin there. And goalies celebrate goals, too.

Not a huge fan of Thomas' character, but he's extremely deserving of all of this, and he's incredibly talented. He played amazing, props to him.

Absolutely one of the best, such a great year for him...I'm happy for him. Never made the NHL until he was in his 30's, he never gave up and now he's one of the best. Congrats!
