I know that Anaheim has good defensive prospects, but what about veteran d-men? If they need a vet, what do Anaheim fans think about:
1--Andrei Kostitsyn--Top 6 forward to replace some of Ryan's points
2--Hamrlik--Veteran d-man who still plays well.
3--Weber or Trotter or Pacioretty--good prospect depending upon Anaheim's positional needs
Boyes or Perron
Jackman or Polak or Cole
Random non top 5 prospect (if needed)
Too much. No 1st rd. We might be picking top 5 or 10. Not Polak, we are rebuilding. One young guy only. Fine with Perron in deal. Jackman has to go, because of salary. Not doing two prospects. Just traded Palushaj and Eller.

You would be hardpressed to get a #1 dman for Ryan. I like Ryan alot but #1 dman in this league are far and few between and have more value than a 30 goal scorer who is still unsigned and unwilling to play ball.
I really wouldn`t mind giving up Schenn and Kaberle in a deal but the Ducks would have to throw something else in. I like Ryan alot and would love to have him but a top 4 dman who is considered one of the better puck movers in the league and a 20 year old dman who has the potential to be one of the better shut down guys in the league one day is quite a price.
Schenn + Kaberle for Ryan and a dman?
Kaberle / Bozak / Schenn / Reimer or Oreskivic
