Without counting bonuses we still have about 4.4.
Send him a 5 year contract that pays him 4.2/year (7,5,3,3,3). Even if Dallas does dump Ribeiro, they still wouldn't have the cash to pay Neal 7 million next season (their internal cap is 45 million). And all we give up is a first and a third, it's easily worth it.
We still need a top 4 d to play pp, pk, es and be effective. Hamrlik will be staying with the team, unless someone really likes him.
