In before "Plan the parade!"

Decent move though....I like the fact that they are doing whatever rich teams can in cap world!

Over spend on AHLers to help groom the up and comers.
No harm in that at all if the $$$ is there!

We still could use some dmen though...at all levels!

Plus a little insurance that we can sneak a goalie into the AHL too.

Did somebody say parade?

Where is Willie Mitchell? Sign him up. He's the master at planning parades.

totaly agree.....finaly the oilers get it. i was so pissed when we had no farm team, then when we did we didnt realy take it seriously. this is awsome and the right way to do things....the epic plan the parade coments are from fans who dont look at the big picture. everything the team does doesnt have to be hugh. but a good orginanization needs all of the necessary building blocks to to be sucessfull and that definatly includes a good farm team to develop its prospects.

great job guys!!!! keep adding those pieces....D-man Gaolie PK master, and one more hight end guy.

Moran and Giroux have two really good things going for them, they are proven AHL scorers, and they are at an age where the NHL dream is still alive (even if it's only faint). You look at what happened to the Oilers last season and holes can open up (see Potulny and the endless train of d-men that were recalled).

Moran and Brendl were so good for the Hitmen but neither have managed to have an NHL career. They were sure good to watch in junior. I always liked Moran and I'm glad he will be in Okl.

That's not the original. The original says "GO USA" at the bottom.

Rishaug is a money source lately. He's been breaking things before anyone since the draft, meanwhile Tencer is breaking stories about his drive home

http://twitter.com/dantencer/status/17986344639

"Driving this afternoon behind a car with a sign in the back window: "Courtesy Please: New Driver"...driver was talking on his cell phone."

Not gunna lie, this is pretty sick. If our ahl team does well, atleast we will have something to cheer for if the big club falls out of the running early.

Sorry. Saved you having to watch it and the disappointment. Wasn't much of a match today.

Sorry to say, but it's entirely your fault.

Everyone knows that if you have a game on tape, you avoid all media. That especially includes the Intarweb.

So I should avoid HFOil when ever I PVR something? Its not like I complained about it in the world cup thread, this is a thread about an AHL signing.
