Price

Assuming that Cammalleri will be suspended and Markov/Hamrlik still injured.
We're gonna get some goals if can attack that D, and get to Price.

First shift, I say we start Orr on the wing, have a go down the ice and just piss the living **** out of Price. After that, I'd expect 5+ goals.

I am leaving for New Zealand Tuesday morning for 6 months. I hope the games are at least streamed down there. What will I do? No Timmies, No CBC, No East side mario's, No Don Cherry's tex mex.....
Guess I will have to swim with the dolphins and take up cricket.

What are you going there for, work? Long vacation?

You can curb the Timmy's fix by buying a few cans of the coffee and bringing it with you. It's not the same, but it's better than nothing.

Kill off the penalty early and Orr comes out of the box and Datsyuk's the **** out of Price.

Max, my brother went to Australia for a year for teacher's college. He bought Nestle Nesquik Banana flavour powder (in a can, like the chocolate powder) it is SO GOOD See if you can get your hands on it.

I looked for it here but only found the chocolate flavour powder.

Can't you check in as many as you need, & pay the extra money. I'm sure you'll have more items with you when you come back.

Safe travels Max.

Thanks. I will have a look for the powder. I will probably be overweight anyway. I am making a home there, and have one in Nova Scotia now. We plan on bouncing back and forth between countries.

Peace out.

No worries, if you find the Banana power, you'll love it. (just put about 2 spoons of it in a glass then add milk)

So when it's winter here, you'll go there & it's summer. Good plan.

I'm not trying to be negative here against Brent but I'm hoping he'll be better than Mitchell. The games he's played he hasn't been good or horrible but I think we need someone with more Grit. Usually the third and fourth lines are the gritty ones. I would actually like to see them switch Hanson and Brent. That might be a better combo for the third line. With Brown and Orr on the fourth line to protect Brent. Sjostrom Hanson Armstrong would make a better grittier line for the 3rd. Just my two sense

Heres what I expect to happen opening night:

Phaneuf makes a monsterous hit to send a statment to the rest of the league that the leafs and phaneuf will be tough sob's to go up against. He'll make some brutal plays in his own end, but will rectify it with getting his cannon of a shot on net. I think he'll get 2 assists and be a plus 1

The first line (Versteeg-Bozak-Kessel) will be flying out there all night long. Kessel and Versteeg will get a goal each.

The 2nd line I'm not expecting much out of

3rd line: Armstrong will lay out some sick hits

4th line: Orr/Brown will be mixing it up all night long. Orr should at least get 1 fight in.

Giguere I expect will be solid and make the key saves, none will be spectular.

In the end 3-2 OT Win for us.

One thing I forgot to add I hope to god Cammereli is not in the game. That dude deserves a very long suspension for what he did the other night (not only did he full on swing the stick at the guy's throat, he also 2 handed him in the ankle, likely fracturing it). If the NHL doesnt give him a min 10 game suspension, then I'll be shocked.

didn't see Cammalleri's slash on Niederreiter until now.

super, super dirty. if he doesn't get a long-ish suspension, something is wrong with the league. sucks since i have him on my fantasy team though.

Max when you are in australia enjoy the cricket there, because you are going to be there during world cup time. It will be super intense.
