fixed? no but they help shape the outcome with BS cautions towards the end of the races for tighter finishes.

NASCAR is a shell of it's former self and has been since Dale died ( wasn't a fan of his by any means ) the sports attitude died with him and now Brian France is trying to make it like the big 4 in sports with the BS car and chase standings setup. I still enjoy it but every yr seem to watch less and less of it.
