If you draft for Eggman and Walrus, you might as well try to package something together so you can get Googoo Gachoo as well.

BobMarlyNYR, your work is greatly appreciated! Edge, I think you have a little competition as the best NHL draft guru on the board (Next to me, of course)! :lol

Actually, the top-50 list inspired me to post what I put together last week... draft guru? Thanks a lot, but I hardly deserve that title!

Googoogachoo is actually 2005 eligible... top prospect for 2008 is Penny Lane -- rumored to be better than Gretzky, Lemieux, Howe and Orr combined! he's 14 and he's 7'2", 350 lbs.!

Good list, I think Zajac and Shultz will go much earlier. I would also have Valabik and O'Neill switch places and have Dubinsky somewhere in top 70

Valabik... I have him listed as 31. I actually like Valabik and can see him going the Sabres 13th. The reason I have him at 31 is because his major assets are his size, strength, and rough play. While he holds a great deal of defensive upside (and allegedly some offensive potential), he really strikes me as primarily bein a brute.

You're right about Dubinsky... I missed him totally. But, I wouldn't be being honest if I didn't say I know very little about him.

What about O'Neill? Doesn't the same apply to him? But I thought Valabik is a bit bigger and more skilled and probably more aggressive.

I heard he got hair down below his knees.

Got to be good-looking 'cause he's so hard to see...

His game's starting to come together... right now... over me

Bob Marley and I are gonna drop the gloves at center ice next shift

Actually in all seriousness I love it when other people post stuff as well {assuming it has a source of intelligence behind it, which this does}. I think it makes the board as a whole better and gets people {hopefully} to engage in intelligent debate.

I couldn't do a top 90 however, not with my current schedule. I got the wedding in less than two weeks now {yikes} and I'm currently going back and fourth between Las Vegas and California for various interviews and meetings.

Nice to see someone take the ball and run with it.

Well, granted, there's some bias in my opinions (i.e. Schultz)... Don't think I spent a month composing this! It was about an hour each day for 3 days... for all my weaknesses, I have a good memory and I analyze... sometimes OVERanalyze.

As for having the time, yeah. Freshman year in college is over, I got two weeks until I go over to Oxford... no girlfriend... :lol I'm not some guy spitting crap about things I know nothing about, but :lol at the same time, I'm just a teenager!

Yandle is there twice at 86 and 88.. I think he was on the list of opt-outs so he probably wont be in the draft..

More skilled? Right now, no. But more potential.

Valabik, Schremp, and Tukonen have the two highest potentials for busting IMO.

Tukonen??? In my opinion he is one of the safest picks.
