I woke up really early and the Ashes hasnt started here yet so im looking at NHL stats.
Some interesting stats.
JJ has played the most minutes by a Kings player.
Keith has played the most in the NHL
The Ducks 1st line have played more minutes than any other teams forwards.
Crosby, Stamkos and Lucic are shooting at 20%
So is Martinez and Moller.
Stoll is 4th in the NHL at faceoff%. I imagine he is putting up alot more points than most on that list apart from the Crosby, Toews and Sedins.
O'D is a plus 16. Crosby is a plus 18. Brown is a plus 15.
JJ has 14 PP assists. More than twice any other King.
Sean Avery has 123 Penalty minutes. Most in the NHL
So today I upped my personal best on the flat bench to 405 pounds. I started back to lifting heavy 3 weeks ago after a month of doing 10 sets of 10 and I'm besting my bench 5 pounds a week. I don't know if I helped my max by doing the 10X10's but I'm shocked out how easy it's going up for a guy that weighs a very lean 195. I have not added any suppliments or anything.
Anyone have any workout success stories. Any strategies they want to pass on. Let's encourage eachother.
