You don't have to wait till October...You can get heat pressed replicas via shop.NHL.com, and the TD Garden Pro Shop has stitched replicas for $185 and stitched Authentics already and have had them since mid-July man

I just have a quick question I found a Cam Neely 1990 Stanley Cup white jersey on ebay but the problem is it is a size 52 and im 5-6 weight around 145. I know a size 52 is an XL I was just wondering if these jerseys run small or would it be too big. Thanks Guys!

Neely wore a 52 that year, but was a 56 by the time he retired. It'll be a little big on you, but not a tent the way most jerseys fit these days. Nowadays, most of the smaller players (Savard) wear size 54.

Actually since that is an authentic, Size 52 on one of those CCM's would be a XXL, so if you're not wearing pads, it will be QUITE large on you, considering I'm 5'6'' 155-160 and my authentic Bourque is a 48 and fits like a roomy house aka very baggy and big.

Just for an idea, my Craig Janney authentic is a size 44 CCM from that same era, and that's the size that fits me best..so think of how much bigger a 52 is. Just don't want you to drop that kind of money on a jersey and not be able to wear it you know? Ask the guy for the back collar to hem measurements and armpit seam to armpit seam measurement's, you'd want anywheres from a 30" back to hem 22"pit to pit too a 34" back to hem and a 26" pit to pit if you want it to fit normally, judging by the height and weight you gave

But it's up to you, that jersey is mint.

Obviously, but not so much that your hands are completely covered by the sleeves and it goes 3/4 down your thighs..

I actually had a jersey question for you guys...I figure this is the best place to ask a question about a Neely jersey.

The jersey appears to be made in the 1980s and the company is called "Authentic Knit" brand. I realize it is not an on ice authentic...i mean authentic in the sense that it is heavy duty, fight strap and reinforced elbows. Has anyone ever heard of that brand?

I'll post some pictures later. I'm really happy with it though.

Tons of bruins jerseys..
but my favorite one i never wear... Bobby Orr jersey signed by the man himself..
also have a chicago jersey cause i love the crest... but.. its number 4 ..Orr on the back.. mixed feelings about that one... love the player..but remember when he left .. one of the saddest days of my childhood.

Just acquired -

1990-1991 Chris Nilan home preseason jersey - numerous stick marks, multiple repairs incl. one with material backing, board burns and paint transfers, blood on the back near the nameplate, unrepaired holes & snags and good salting/rust of the fight strap snaps. This jersey was an 85-86 (has 85 07 born on date) recycled for Knuckles for the 1990 preseason and confirmed after a lot of research by the original seller of this jersey into the hobby, who handled the consignment of multiple Bruins collections over the years.

Damn. That's awesome.

Also, I was curious after re-reading the thread and found this. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nhl-pu...3570--nhl.html Top jersey sales for 2013. Lucic and Chara still high up there. Surprised Bergeron isn't, as well. Those three are usually the vast majority at games/around town. I just bought a Hamilton sweater and I love it.

Thomas is apparently selling a whole bunch of jerseys lately, top-5 in October, pretty high this season.

About 5 years ago I starts collecting Bs game-worn jerseys....buying almost exclusively from Meigray or thru the Bruins Foundation auctions. In some instances the game-worn price ( Sobotka) wasn't much more than buying one off the rack at the Garden.

Then there are the really special ones I have ( Savard Winter Classic, Marchand 2011 SC Final,) ; a bit pricey but truly a piece of Bs history.

But be warned- once you start it's damn tough to quit.
