Wick is 24 and didn't attend development camp. The chances of seeing him there are very slim. Petersson is staying in Sweden and I'd think that Silfverberg will be doing the same. They'll both likely be in their own respective training camps.

Ordered my tickets for all 3 games.
Sec 104 for two of them and 105 for the other so should be behind the home bench.
Looking forward to it now.

They hadn't officially signed Wick when the development camp was on, that's the biggest reason why he wasn't there. The timing of the tournament is ideal for a player like Wick to transition into the main camp, I think there's a very good chance he's included.

Unless the Swedish prospects are coming to the main camp (which is unlikely since they're signed with their Swedish teams next year), then they won't be in the rookie tourney.

I was unaware that all our prospects at development camp were signed...

Nice sass but you're not really understanding the reasoning. I am well aware that a lot of the prospects in development camp have not been signed yet.

However, in Wick's case, he is a prospect who has been playing comfortably in Europe for a few years and has not attended any Sens development or rookie tournaments in that time. At the time of the development camp in June, the Sens were still negotiating to bring him into the fold and have him play in North America. Until that negotiation was complete and Wick had made the commitment, there would be no reason for him to attend any Senator camp.

Now that the contract is done and he's definitely coming to North America, attending the rookie tournament makes perfect sense as a prelude to the main camp so Wick has as much time as possible to make an impression. I'm sure the Sens will push hard to have him participate and for Wick, it would be beneficial as well. I would put the odds at pretty decent that he takes part.

Pre-sale started this morning as I'd posted earlier, ROOKIE is the pre-sale code.

The dev camp was an age thing I believe... I think it's spelled out in CBA who can attend.
