Best Place to Get Your Skates Sharpened

As I understand it, Skateworld at A-Game has either closed or will be closing soon, we always had our skates done there, so I'm wondering where to go to next. Who do you think sharpens the best? If you know of a place that I didn't list, please let me know so it can be added.

i typically go to PIAS in Cool Springs. They do a good job, and I negotiated free sharpening for the life of my Vapor's when I bought them there

Is the proshop in sportsplex still called "Hockey Stop"? I know they're not the same old owners of hockey shop. I've heard they do a good job but they don't do them on the spot.

I got my skates sharpend last Wednesday at A game and noticed the signs. Guess I'll have to find someone else.

sportsplex has done mine for about a year now. I wouldn't know a good cut from a bad, but I go from sliding to stopping after they are sharpened

I don't think the one inside the Sportplex is called Hockey Stop but I was very happy with the cut on my Skates. They charge 7 bucks but you have to leave them as they can't sharpen on-site because that would cut into the rinks business.
They did my new CCM U+ Pro's which has the rocket runner and they did a great job. Bad thing for me is they will now charge $20 to do rocket runners because they take 45 minutes to sharpen.

if you can plan ahead there is a guy over at A-Game that takes skates home and sharpens for 5 bucks. It's not as easy as showing up to the rink and taking them to the pro shop but he's meticulous and you get a very good sharpening. I've got his number if anyone wants it.
