Boudreau and McLellan if their teams don't perform in the playoffs again. However, I think we'll see major player changes in SJ before McLellan gets the boot.

The Sutters
Ron Wilson (if the Leafs suck as bad as last year, probably not if they improve)

Toronto says hi. Last time I checked, half the Toronto fan base has never seen their team in the playoffs. I would call that a hot seat.

What he's saying make sense. He's not saying that Martin's in a position to lose his job, but that the fans are bats--t insane in Montreal, so if the team doesn't perform, you can be sure he'll get some crap from the fans and media.

Not that Claude Julien is on the hot seat, still he could be at risk.
I wouldn't be surprised that the next time the team fails, he'll get das boot.

After last year's playoff disaster for them...he better get off to a good start or people may be restless.

If the Rangers struggle, I could see Torts and Sather both getting tossed.

Wilson will be fired if the Leafs start poorly or are out of a playoff spot midway through the year. Julien if the Bruins miss the playoffs or get knocked out in the first round, and Torts is always vulnerable.
I don't think Martin would be on the hot seat unless the team totally imploded and had no chance of making the playoffs which is highly unlikely.

I think a list of those who aren't in a hot seat would be shorter.

Wilson, if the Leafs have a bad start to the season against this yr, he's be gone by December. The only reason he wasn't fired last yr was because he was also the US olympic coach and burke was the US olympic GM.
