I'll miss Randy Jones being in the Western Conference.

Now all I need to see is Ryan Johnson signed in the East and everyone in the west can have a party about the two terrible RJ's leaving.

Now you're defending Randy Jones?

What's next? A venn diagram showing that Dan Cloutier is a solid goaltender if put behind the right defensive system?

(For reference, I am very well aware of what a venn diagram is...it's part of the joke...)

You kill me...
Defending Randy Jones while thrashing Willie Mitchell...JT is on a roll today!

Playing with ya, JT. I agree on this one. Had Jones been penciled in as a 6-7 D instead of a friggin top 4, the RJ affair wouldn't have been such a big deal..

Randy Jones playing 8 minutes instead of 16 just means that he only has half the time to completely **** the bed. A turd seen less often is still a turd.

Ya know what's funny? After poking around the trade boards, the TB board and our own board in comparing the Willie Mitchell signing to the Randy Jones signed you see several Van fans coming in on both boards and congratulating us on the signing. Wishing WM the best and thinking that we just made out really well.

Then you go to the TB board or the trade board and take a look at the total amount of grief that they are getting for picking up RJ. It makes me feel bad in a way but then, we had to deal with having RJ on the team and single handedly costing us a play off game (I know, over simplification but still) so it evens out.

Frickin Kompon killed us in our Over-40 league game last night at TSC. I don't mind playing against guys with more skill, but there is a point where it just gets frustrating trying to stop a guy with almost pro-level skills, skills I am nowhere close to possessing.

One more reason to not like the guy.

And as for what to say about appreciating Randy Jones:

That says it all.

Jones will get some more ice-time since Matt Lashoff just got traded to TOR. We know TB won't be making the playoffs..
