Look at discussion.
I know that Bobrovsky, Avtsin, Nikitin left KHL. But great young players like Tarasenko, Kuznetsov stayed.
In my opinion, good deal is signing of Heikkinen by Sibir. He have earned many points in this offseason. Stefan Liv in Sibir can be good singing too. And dont forget for Lehterä in Lokomotiv, so many points... Martin Skoula in Omsk, etc.

Ones I can think of quickly:
Irgl to Atlant
Hossa to Ak Bars
Demitra/Rachunek/Lehtera to Lokomotiv
Cervenka/Perezhogin to Avangard
Marek to CSKA
Grebeshkov/Nabokov/Afinogenov/Martensson/Weinhandl to SKA
Aaltonen/Niskala to Magnitka
Liv to Sibir
Gorovikov to Dynamo
Hasek to Spartak

Hamilton and Lasak are about to be waved...Explanation: didn't show up for an open to public practice, but there must be bigger reason behind it (signing of Barulin and poor play of Hamilton in preseason)

Kostromitin was one of the rare bright spots on the team Russia during the superseries, Traktor has about 10 KHL d-men on their roster, hard to understand the logic here.
they also just signed Razin..

there is a list of players who participated at pre season camp.
List is in slovak, so I can translate some names to english..
You have to add Afinogenov and Grebeshkov

I was wondering because they will be playing the Hurricanes soon and SKA seems to have a pretty good roster. I want to see that game.

Lehterä will play in KHL 2010-2011. St. Louis signed him to keep the rights.

they do have a scary (for KHL for sure) roster...Zubov, Vishnevskiy, Zyuzin, Grebeshkov on D
Nabby in goal.
also worth mentioning: Rybin, Brylin, Panov, Trubachev and etc.

Timkin is a goon. He'll fit right in the ECHL.

He is young and has played in the Russian U20 national team. I don't understand this move at all.
Too many Russians who could play in the KHL are leaving to play in the lower NA leagues. Timkin is just one of them.

Timkin probably can make more money as a goon in NA than he can in the KHL.

Before proclaiming Timkin as a new Yudin or smth, let me see him fight at least one serious opponent and not a bunch of finnish midgets. In a fight vs Panin he wasn't impressive at all, and Panin is not a good fighter.
