Every team he faced in the playoffs was better than the Habs. I loved the way he showed up Théodore.

I love to see quotes like that from Pleks.

Who by the way IMO is still one of the most underrated players in the NHL.

I went to look at where he ranked in the NHL for assists last season, because I remembered him being pretty high up the list at parts of the year, and was surprised to see that both him and Gomez were in the top 30. They were also both in the top 15 for centres. Not sure that a lot of people are aware of that. The only other teams with 2 centres in the top 15 for assists are Vancouver and Pittsburgh.

It's nice when he seems motivated but I remember that time he said he was playing like a little girl...and continued to play like one that season.

I really hope he continues his strong play. He carried the team the first half of last season.

He seems to have the right mentality. All he needs to do is continue his stellar play from last season. We will be a better team because of it.

The last time the Habs had two centrers that actually produced was in the mid 90s with Damphousse and Tourgeon. That is a long time to wait!

I love Plek for his versatile play, he's as much of a defensive player than than an offensive one and he's a much of a goal scorer than a passer and he's lightning fast. but he realy needs to get going in the PO. He's never been up to the challenge in terms of offensive. Even if this last PO he got better.
