L.A. sounds like a good fit to me.

What's the latest word on Allison? I heard he wants to play next year.

I believe he's still suffering concussion symptoms, as is deadmarsh and i believe Adam is retiring this year, not worth the risk. Allison probably will be a F/A, a guy I could see headed to the Avs, but to me he's just another Lindros, not worth the risk IMO

Last I heard was that Allison was skating and feeling much much better but you know how rumors are.

As for Guerin, LA doesn't need him. Look at their lines without him, assuming they are healthy:

Deadmarsh - Allison - Palffy
Frolov - Stumpel - Straka
Robitaille - Avery - Carter
Cowan - Belanger - Klatt (or Dustin Brown)

Miller - Modry
Visnovsky - Dempsey
Norstrom - Corvo

Damn they are pretty loaded if they could ever get healthy

Deadmarsh and Allison are not 100% coming back from what I read. Ziggy is a UFA.

Allison does not have a concussion, do some research before you post.

Dustin Brown will probably be on the 2nd line, not the 4th, they don't want to stunt his development.

Actually it was back and forth for the past year now. People were arguing whether it was post concussion syndrome or just whiplash.

Either which way, stop sounding like Devils' fans saying Stevens is still out with the flu (as originally reported).

Would be hard to justify him on the second line before (if all healthy and signed) Palffy, Allison, Deadmarsh, Straka, Stumpel, and Frolov...

Either which way, last year was definitely one of those "What could have been" years for them if healthy.

You expect ALL of those guys to be signed?

Deadmarsh is done. Done done done. Real shame too because he was doing so well. The Kings will keep Ziggy, beyond that for the summer...who knows? Im sure there will be plenty of surprises.

Ian Lappierre??? Was pretty much the heart and soul of the team last year ... leaving him out of the lineup seems a bit premature ... another great trade by Mr. Smith.

Modry is a UFA. Id sign Modry and then ship Poti. Modry is just as big and more physical, decent offensive but better defensive.
