^ I am going to call the Expendables and have Jet Li kick your butt, laughing-boy.

(I would call the A-Team but Mr.T looks a little like Rampage Jackson.... )

Anyway, what I expect out of Johnny Mac is one thing :

KEEP IT SIMPLE, STUPID!

that is all.

It's in Cyrillic lettering. H is the symbol for N in the Cyrillic alphabet.

And in Russian, you always put a "yuh" sound before the letter e. So HeT is the same as Nyet.

Thanks to åboriginal this thread got derailed.

Anyways, I'm definitely hoping the system is more aggressive. I hope we give Eckford a real chance as well. Oates was one of the smartest playmakers the game has ever seen. Now let's see if that translates into a good coaching ability.

I'm going to go ahead and make a small irrelevant prediction:

During the first Devs-Flyers game, J-Mac is going to put Jason out there and tell him to dump the puck into prongers corner and when he goes in to get it, demolish him. Granted, I know Arnott isn't a physical player, but he is the only player on our team besides Zubes who is anywhere close to Prongers height and weight and From some talk, Dainius won't be back so it will be up to Jason to take him out of the game.

Hey, I can dream can't I?

And somehow he ends up typing Hamlet instead.

JMac will play to the teams strength. I just can't see him trying to be like JL or super conservative with this team and Oates on the bench.

I concur with the Majority here. A Bear would definitely be typing Hamlet and..err, what?

Oh!!! I think that utilizing Sutter's old system(with a bit of MacLean's personal touches) would turn this team into an offensive powerhouse that would rival even the Caps. I pray this happens because it can only make Marty's job that much easier....

I just want to use Kovy in the same way Stamkos was used last year on the PP. That one timer is perfectly fitting for Kovy.

Agreed. Kovy has deadly accuracy with that shot, now we just need somebody capable of setting him up properly. Hopefully Oates can come up with something.

Expectations are high, eh kstatik? Well, I hope you got the big one right.

Up-tempo, high energy offensive style in which the players give their all every shift. That's what I hope he brings. What it results in; we'll have to wait and see.
