Schenn Injured Knee / No Damage / Day-to-Day
not a reliable source, but i dont know why he'd make it up
Brayden Schenn WILL need surgery for injured knee...hearing he MAY be out 3-5 months but won't know for sure until MRI results are in.

Hoping this is just cleaning up some loose cartilage and not a ligament injury.

Good it'll give him another year to bulk up and get stronger. Hopefully he can be back in time to atleast play at the WJC.

Don't 95% of knee injuries (even minor ones) result in knee surgery for athletes?

I understand the gist of what you are trying to express, but saying "GOOD" to hockey player needing Knee surgery is WRONG,
REALLY WRONG!

Schenn was supposed to have a solid shot at making the big club. Now he won't be playing in the NHL or juniors.

Surprising if true. I haven't heard or read anything. He was one of the best players in Canada's camp last month, and looked good in Wheat Kings' camp this past week.

Man first Hickey, then Lokti, then Hickey again, then Voynov, then Hickey, then Teubert and now Schenn.

It could be, but we don't even know the results of the MRI yet so let's not get too crazy.

Obviously the club is still using Andy Murray's training regimen.

If Schenn is out long-term Lombardi needs an upgrade over Stoll on the second line.

And even if Schenn werent injured the situation would be the same. Some of you have way too high of expectations concerning Schenn this season. Some of you expect way too much out of a second line center
