Anyways as for the game... How are we supposed to compete with future hall of famers like Kadri, D'amigo and Aulie? It just doesn't seem fair.
Hey leave D'Amigo alone. He might be a Maple Leaf, but he's born and raised in Binghamton.

I think it's a good experience for our prospects to share some ice with them. They can look down the ice at the other bench and witness greatness. Gives them something to aspire to.

Adversity and embarrassment is the best motivational tool for development.

leafstv should have an online stream, dont know whether it will be delayed or not or if it will be available outside ontario/canada. Hopefully that works for me here in montreal.

Hey guys, good luck on the game tonight. I'm really looking forward to this one, should be a lot more energy and passion than some of the other ones.

I've been trying to follow your games as well. Butler and Hoffman have looked very impressive, seem to have good chemistry already. And Gryba and Wiercioch have stood out on defense. Wiercioch especially, I'm a bit jealous of your offensive defensemen.

Hopefully all our big forwards are in tonight, we'll need them. And as much as people talk about Kadri and D'amigo, Mckegg and Olden I think have been our more impressive ones. Although Kadri didn't play last game. Watch out for Mueller as well since he can be a beast on the boards.

Our D is gonna get tons of pressure I think, probably similar to Pittsburgh last game and I really doubt Engelege will be as stellar as Scrivens was. Hopefully Blacker, Holzer and Gysbers are all in. Oh and Aulie isn't playing, still injury precaution, just so you know.

Anyway, cheers.

Edit: Actually Aulie might infact be playing.

I'm going to have to go into work early tonight so I don't miss the beginning of this game! I haven't had a chance to see many of these players (from both squads) in action at the club level. Looking forward to seeing whether any aspects of the Ottawa/Toronto rivalry shine through. Interested in what kind of coverage the Sens rooks 'D' will employ against the Buds rooks and whether there will be strict match-ups linewise, even at this level. Does anyone know who has been behind the bench for this tourney? I never noticed any mention in what I've read, or I spaced hard...

i havnt heard specifics from the sens side, but normally assistant coaches manage the bench for these tournaments while the head coach is in the stands watching. Would probably be that way again this year.

I doubt line matching plays much into this. Coaches arnt desperate to win games. They are more interested to see how individuals perform in different situations. This tournament is purely for evaluation purposes.

I thought Obrian looked pretty good these past two games, granted not 1st round pic good but he's got some hustle and drive to the net, no hands though, I think he could end up being maybe a Donovan type?

The Senators rookies will be led by newly appointed Binghamton Senators head coach Kurt Kleinendorst and assistant Steve Stirling. Ottawa's hockey staff will also be in London for the tournament.

Sens win 8-0.

Butler to get a Hattrick as well as Hoffman.

Lehner to make 28 saves for shutout.

Cowen to destroy Kadri and give him a concussion.

My dream game.

Is there an automatic post option? Like who ever posts under me can appear instead of me clicking refresh all the time.
