True. It's equally bold to claim that he'll suck. There's no "right" answer... but I think it's quite unfair to flat out assume he'll sophmore slump into nothingness.

lol please. that's putting words in my mouth. I also don't understand what your complaint is here.

i said i think he'll be challenging miller and lundqvist for top goalie honors. i don't claim that he'll undoubtedly be top 3 in the NHL, let alone best in the NHL. i think he'll be in the fight tho.

Cody Hodgson passes first full contact practice test. No pain, no symptoms. When he plays is still unknown ::goes all in on Saturday::

He just said he thinks Rask will be the best goalie in the NHL next year!!!.
If you watched him last year, it's hard to say he wasn't top 5 for sure..

Cody Hodgson cleared to eat oatmeal, full serving, hot oatmeal. Hopefully progressing to crunchy cereal with milk tomorrow. If there is still no pain, perhaps a bagel and cream cheese.

Ooo, he'd better watch out. I ate one of those this morning and if its a little burnt he could seriously cut himself

Pizza > Oatmeal, this has been established already on these boards.

Looks like Hodgson will not play tomorrow night. Perhaps on Sunday.

A few tweets from those covering the Canucks practice. Hodgson was not with the 10AM group, which is the group that will be suiting up tomorrow.

Nothing official yet, though. I'd like to see him get into a game sooner than later, but it makes sense to make sure he's 100% ready.

Sucks about Cody. However, I just learned the throwback '70s jersey will have no names on the back. How cool is that?

Look buddy CoHo was the OHL pizza eating player of the year so don't sit there and deny his credentials, not to mention that stuffed crust pizza he downed at the world juniors.. Geez I'm so tired of people judging him like he can't man up and start eating full meals. We just need to be patient watch him nibble some baby food before we can finally make a proper assessment. If all goes well he will be sitting beside Malhotra plowing down open faced roast beef sandwiches.

Schroeder is in, Lack and Luongo will split the game. Tambo and Morrison both play tomorrow as well.

Saturday is here and Sunday is in Edmonton so I'd guess not many guys who play Saturday will also fly to Edmonton to play the next day.
