I had a hockey tourney (3 games in 24 hours) and then the woman that lives with me "asked" me to get the kid who woke up extra early at 6:30 AM.

Needless to say, I not only missed the scrimmage but started drinking again.

Pfft. Had a kickball tourny all day Saturday. Yes, you didn't read that wrong, I said kickball. 5 games in 6 hours, drinking all day, and I still made it to the scrimmage on 4 hours of sleep.

Joking aside, kickball actually makes you extremely sore the following day. It is nowhere near as tiresome but it's funny seeing a lot of guys who play softball/hockey/workout throughout the week year round play kickball for a whole day and then see them struggle to walk the next day, haha.

Sounds like fun!

I woke up this morning and saw a nasty bruise about the size of a grapefruit under my arm. Guy wound up for a slapper and I dropped to my knees and covered my face, it got me in one of the few places I have no padding. But the puck bounced off me and out of the zone

I have that with my ankle right now - got hit with a snap shot in an area without padding by some bender. Pulled off a good Zanon impression and continued to play though.
