Did center Ice finally cross over to all HD yet? I thought they said they would be doing something like that soon.

center ice has been HD for me for two years.

NHL Network on the other hand.....

I know Center Ice has like 2 HD channels ( at least in my area) Is every one of your channels HD?

No, but the number of HD channels/game varies depending on dish vs cable (i.e. more HD games on Directv).

Drew said on one of his interviews that the game would be on comcast. Versus is only broadcasting the 1st game.

Time Warner in San Diego has got to be the worst cable provider ever. No NHL Network, and not a single Center Ice game in HD.

I was following all canucks preseason games last year on their website. It was free too. Not sure if they are doing it again this year.

on direct tv if the game is on HD, you can watch the HD feed.

I mean after watching all of those xfinity commercials one would think all of the hd available on directv would also be available on comcast / xfinity

And I've had NHLN in HD for 1+ years, but haven't seen one CI channel in HD (which is why I haven't ordered it).

Pretty much the same for me. NHL Network has always been like 728 (700+ is HD for comcast) whereas when I used to a free subscription to CI, it was always in like the 400s.

Could not agree more. I was so fed up with them after ten years that I went to U-verse with AT&T. No center ice, but I could just not stand that TWC did not have NHL Network, Prime Ticket, NFL Network, and NFL Redzone. As a bonus they added Comcast Sports California last year (no Sharks games, but lots of the other Bay Area sports news I crave). Do I miss Center Ice? Yes, but getting rid of Time Warner was one of my best consumer choices ever!

Supposedly they're in negotiations to include the NHL Network in with some sort of supplemental sports package, but I've been hearing that crap for about a year now.

When I lived in Ohio I had Time Warner. It had two HD channels, starting with one early last season and adding a second a few weeks later.

I am in Florida now on Bright House -- which is basically like Time Warner, seeing as TWC represents BH in disputes with networks over channel fees and carriage and all that jazz. It looks to be about the same in terms of HD.

If I had the cash, I'd go to Verizon FIOS (which is available in the Tampa Bay area) and see how that works, but with money being tight, my brother and I can't see going to FIOS when we pretty much get everything we want as it is with BH. And in this apartment complex, a dish is not an option.
