I do love it, though, when my only clean glasses are my chalices and goblets. Everything feels 325% more refined when drank from a chalice.

I've moved so much that I keep losing glassware...well that and roommates have broken the vast majority of the ones I've bought. I never allowed my roommates to drink from my beer glasses and the end result is that I've only lost a couple pint glasses throughout the years.
Who drinks OJ with pulp?

I don't like doing dishes, so I drink my beer out of a bottle.

The glasses do seem to improve the drinking experience. Even though they were designed for Boston Lager, every beer I have tried in them has been better than in a simple pint glass (and other glass types).
Might just have to see if I can order some from someplace in Canada after I move then.

Wish our LCBO's had them 2/$5

I should have bought some more, but I didn't. I'll go back tomorrow and they'll be sold out. Just like when they had Pyrat XO on sale for $10 off/bottle for about a month and I didn't buy any since I already had 1-1/2 bottles, but then went to get some last week and they were back at regular price.

Does the Sam Adams webstore even ship to Canada??? Doesn't look like it from what I can see. As for Ebay, shipping to Canada is pretty nuts.

**** I want a set of those glasses.

Are the cans of Guinness Draught any good???

Was thinking of buying a can before I move. A 500 ml. can is like $2.85 here.

Yay or nay?

And hook me up with one of those cigars Big!

I have a general rule that I'll only drink Guinness at a pub...but really as long as it's from the tap it's good. The bottles are awful, but the cans are...eh...not awful, but not a proper Guinness experience either.

As in brown ales? Check out Moose Drool and Ellie's Brown Ale. Also, Sam Adams has a new brew called Hazel Brown Ale and it's excellent, it's available in the Fall Harvest packs.

Yeah there's a bar/pool hall near where my new apartment will be. They have Guinness on tap. Am anxious to try it out as the draft beer selection at bars here in Timmins is a joke.

Timmins draft specialty is Rickard's.

The damage....after my last 3 trips, I should be stocked up for the Fall.

Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Year Old Solera Rum.

Southern Tier Imperial Pumking Ale (2 bottles)

Big Sky Summer Honey Ale (6pk) (needed a lighter beer for football parties, Big Sky is always a safe bet. Haven't had the Summer Honey before, and it was the last 6pk left)

Big Sky Montana Trout Slayer Wheat Ale (6pk) (see above)

Big Sky IPA (6pk) (Completely sessionable IPA, plenty of hops, but not overkill)

Left Hand Milk Stout (6pk)

Sam Adams Octoberfest (12 pk)

Sam Adams Harvest Collection (12 pk)
-Dunkelweizen
-Octoberfest
-Hazel Brown
-Latitude 48 IPA
-Harvest Pumpkin
-Boston Lager

Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout (4pk)

Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey (2 small 100ml or something like that to try out)

Also picked up another 750 of Orangecello among a few other things.

The fact Husker is able to find Big Sky so readily available and I haven't found any is a bit depressing

I have got to find a place that sells it. Apparently the local BevMo gets it in on occasion, but they sell out of them instantly. I'm in the same boat, though...I've had two huge trips to BevMo in the past week and have enough beer and whiskey in my place to last me a couple months. I don't think I've ever been this well-stocked in my life.

At least I did find a very comfortable place for me to do my writing while drinking. I found a biergarten a couple miles from my place that has about 20 German beers on tap and another dozen or so bottled.

Spaten Oktoberfest

Considering I'm 400 miles further away from Missoula than you are, it is surprising.

If you bought a bottle, try it with a cherry coke or cherry dr pepper. It really goes well with cherry flavored cola.

This might be sort of an odd question coming from me (given my love of beer and liqour) but what's a good (although not ridiculously priced) bottle of champagne to buy???

I wanted to pick up a bottle of champagne for my fiancee as it's our 1 year anniversary this sunday coming up.

Any reccomendations??? Preferably something under $50 if possible as my fiancee has never tried champagne before and I'm not crazy about it. But I figure since it's our one year, I gotta pull out all the stops and be my usual overly romantic self.
