Pretty sweet to be back on local broadcast television. While it's almost crazy to imagine not having dish/cable/fios, there is still a large portion of LA that rolls with broadcast tv only. Great way to gain more exposure while not being on a dumpy station like KDOC.
Channel 13 rules!!

Awesome!

And awesome for all 82 games as well.

Hopefully the precedent of the Stars games on their local channel (27, KDFI) will lead to at least the two Nashville games being on. All five would rock.

I got a GREAT parking spot today. Maybe you'd like to take a look, just to prove that you can still get a great parking spot in Pasadena.

When you make your choice, give them a call and let them know that it will cost you $200 to get out of your Dish contract and they will usually give you a credit to your account to make the switch.

KCOP is offered in HD, but that doesn't mean the game will be in HD. They have to rent a HD production truck to do the game like any other broadcast. Hopefully they will. The Kings TV releases usually go out of their way to mention HD broadcasts - the fact that this one said nothing about the games being in HD tells me it likely won't be. Hopefully I'm wrong.

The Kings confirmed today that KCOP will be doing their 5 games in HD as well - so that means all 82 will be televised in HD.

KDOC does broadcast in HD, but its HD signal is not picked up by all carriers. DirecTV for example only carries the KDOC SD feed.

784.... nothing on 784-1 listed yet, but it'll at least be available in SD. Check 784-1 for HD.

SD is still better than radio.
