is anyone interested in a fantasy hockey league for the 2010/11 season? I thought it would be nice to have a league for this board. It's also an advantage because it would be easier for all of us to participate in the live draft. I think we need at least eight players. As for the commisioner, I propose vipers, because he does a tremendous job in another fantasy league. I would also suggest yahoo as the provider, has anyone experiences with ESPN?

Though strictly speaking it wouldn't be exactly the first time for me to participate in something like this, but I'm not sure the last time I tried really counts, since 3 weeks into the season I was only 1 of 2 guys who were still playing out of a total of 12 people.

Well, yahoo is not difficult to handle. It's actually very easy. Additionally, because we all live in the same time zone it's easier to find a draft appointment. It only takes a few minutes per week. Let's see, we're currently five players:

I hope it's not a misunderstanding, but you don't need to be from Germany to participate in this league. I just wanted to gather the people from this board, but it seems like the interest is pretty low. And as said, if you've got a friend who's into hockey, you can ask him if he wants to join, too. We're now seven players (I asked a friend of Vipers and me) and I hope we can get to ten players.
