Will be interesting to see the Cowen Karlsson pairing. Wouldn't mind getting a look at a Lee Karlsson pairing either.

Only 6 "regulars" in the lineup up too. Hopefully the AHL boys step it up a bit more tonight. The vets really set the tone and carried the play last night.

No Locke despite his good game yesterday, I feel he should be in over Shannon

3 of our 5 goal scorers arent playing.

This game should be tougher considering TO has their top line but their lack of PMDs hopefully works out well for us

Where did you find the sens lineup? I couldn't find it anywhere.

I'm very surprised that Gryba is not dressing.

Edit: NM I see Chirp posted the line up. I hope he's wrong about no Gryba.

Foligno-Winchester-Ruutu - holy cow, what a tough line

Regin-Smith-Shannon - Smith and Regin together...good times

Wick-Hoffman-Butler - this is the line I've been looking forward to for a while, not saying they'll click right away, but it should be shifty and fun

O'Brien-Bass-Lessard - Lessard and Bass should prepare to fight for sure.

The D is fine, but no Gryba is curious.

I'm curious to see what Wick-Hoffman-Butler can do together.

Also, I'm excited to see Cowen - Karlsson together, could very well be our top 2 def in a couple of years !!

Hi everyone, wondering if you can provide a bit of info on some of the lesser-known Sens in the lineup tonight.

Are any of them fighters? Just curious to see if Rosehill and Orr will have any dance partners tonight (since it appears Carkner will not be dressed, and I am assuming Ruutu won't fight those guys - correct me if I'm wrong).

Thanks

EDIT - Didn't see the post above mine. Who is Lessard?

Lessard was a heavyweight fighter in the AHL, he is likely to fight either Orr or Rosehill tonight. Bass could also fight, but he's more of a middleweight. If he fight it won't be against Orr, maybe someone like Schenn.

Very curious to see how the Cowen-Karlsson pairing looks together. Also looking forward to watching Regin play.

Should be a fun game!

It'd be funny if he hadn't gotten his head slammed against the ice. That looked dangerous. I'm glad Lee is fine.

Cowen and Karlsson pairing may give us a reaaaallyyy good indication of where Cowen is at.

Ice time will likely be up and he'll get a chance to see how well he can compliment a puck wizard of a defense partner. We'll get a preview where he's at in terms of filling the role he was drafted to play.

Just pumped to see what kinda pace Karlsson sets. Just wanna see him dictate the flow of the game and do so easily.

His willingness to engage and general combativeness stood out.

that certainly wasn't the funny bit. It was the going down before that which was amusing.

Yes, I'm excited to see Karlsson this season. I'm thinking I may put his name and numbers on my next Jersey.

There is no reason at all why Shannon should be playing. We know what he is a 13th forward on the team. A guy like Locke deserves a another chance to show what he can do....
