I definitely would have liked to see Locke again but there are plenty more games for him to get in. Cowen vs the Leafs top line will be a good test to see where he's at.

Cowen-Karlsson is a nice glimpse into the future and potentially Wiercioch-Karlsson on the PP as well.

I really hope we don't run into penalty trouble again so we can see more of Hoffman, Wick and Butler.

Anyways, this has the makings to be great from a HF stand point. There will be a lot of information to digest after the game.

I hope tonights game is a little more 2-sided

You're goalie last night played great, along with just about everyone else at the minimum playing their role. We had 2 players playing any game at all, one of which seems to now be hated on the Sen side

I think you need 8 regulars in a pre-season game. Count again and you have 8 regulars. I know the hate for Shannon on here is out of control, but he is considered a regular.

Wick, Butler & Hoffman were almost invisible last night. Played ok, but playing just ok won't get them a spot on the team. Probably fortunate for them they are getting another chance the very next day.

A couple of things: Shannon is playing again because Shannon is playing for his spot on the roster. As for the rookie, they didn't play much because of all the penalties in the second period. They actually weren't that bad--Butler had a few scoring chances, Wick nabbed an assist and Hoffman made some good plays. It would be nice to see more from them, but it's early and I think expecting them to dominate is a bit much. I'm interested to see how they do tonight.

No kidding! I can't ****ing believe they didn't dress Gryba in either of our pre-season games!

I mean, come on Clouston! It's not like we're playing 8 pre-season games this year! We only have 2! You don't have 6 more games to dress Gryba!

I know you like to think of yourself as the all-knowing wonder of the Sens board, but no need for posts like that.

Gryba is a guy that I've been looking forward to watching for a while, and I would have much preferred seeing him against the Leafs than Hale and Benoit for two games. It would have been nice for him Wiercioch and Cowen to all get a chance in at least one of the two games.

The majority of my frustration (and really, calling it a piss off is hardly the earth-shattering frustration you seem to think) also comes from the simple fact that these may very well be the only 2 pre-season games I can watch, so this was likely my only chance to see Gryba play before the season starts. But thank you for being a jack ass.

If you wanted to make a satirical post about people overreacting in preseason to feed your peen it would have been pretty easy, it's the Sens board on hf ffs. My post really doesn't fit that, sorry.

Interesting line up. Not alot of "veteran" presence in tonights game, where as last night you had Kelly, Neil, Campoli and Carkner.

It will be kind of interesting to see who wears the "A".... Ruutu, Foligno and maybe one of Winchester or Karlsson (?)

Yesterday, Leafs had 3 of their D and got shut out, their excuse was they didn't have their top line...tonight we shall see.

I think Leafs win though.

I was more worried about last night's game...maybe I'll eat my words but I think our mobile D is more than capable of neutralizing Kessell.
Fearless Prediction: Sens take this one easily.

Yeah, I think they got better, and we got less better.

I think it shall be a good game to watch. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Laughs scrape out a win though.
