An early draft topic: What picks do we have in the '11 draft?
The 1st in the Pronger deal are over, and we have a first this year correct? I believe we lost our second in the Mezaros deal.

We have our 1st, 2 3rds, 2 4ths, a 6th and a 7th. This year, our 2nd went to Phoenix for Carcillo, and our 5th went to Detroit for Ville Leino. Next year, our 2nd goes to Tampa for Meszaros. We haven't managed to trade our 2013 2nd yet.

when we have goaltending issues, and we will we will send a high priced forward plus that first to Florida for Vokoun.

Chill on homer. Pronger's been more useful than a couple of mid to late first round picks.

Seriously. You can rag on Homer for trading away 2nd rounders but we got a hall of fame defenseman that threw the team on his back to the SCF for a couple late first rounders.

They'd have been much better picks than middle of the round if we had kept them, though.
