Fair enough, but if he's going to pass he shouldn't broadcast to the world that that's his intent.

Haven't seen this mentioned, but i think D.Mac has been playing pretty good so far. At least for the 1 and a half period I've watched. And yes, Brass needs to shot more.

I believe we got him in the Legein trade. But he's had some nice defensive plays and some good outlet passes. Unfortunately he turned the puck over and it led to the goal.

Mayorov does look really good tonight. He had a bad turnover in our zone though. It looks like his skating has improved.

Yeah, didn't want to single him out for that one because I thought a disease was spreading in our forwards tonight. Voracek had a bad one as well.

Turnovers by Dmen trying to force b-out passes. Ratchuk thought he was dishing to his teammate but right to a Pen. It is a speedy lineup for the Jackets and nice to see the forcheck creating problems for the Pens D. I like watching the Jackets force the issue rather than let it come to them. Mase playing very well tonight.

Just a hunch on my part but as Renion said, with Nikki in town Max might see his future in jeopardy... who knows but I have liked Mayorov and would love a Russian line..

Each team has 14 shots thru 2 periods. What do you expect ? To be honest neither team has been able to control the puck, very high pace with lots of hitting.

Another thing I like is our forwards carrying or at least attempting to carry the puck into Pen's zone. Only a couple of dump ins. Not always successful but way more of a puck posession approach.

I know , I think his play. But the true is I have begun to see later so I can be wrong.

Mayorov plays good but I am agree with Guenin most. 6 BS, awesome. His defensive game is excelent, I hope he will take a spot.

Like Guenin tonight as well. Have to see more of him to say whether I want him on the team, but he isn't disappointing.
