Oiler - LA Pick Swap?

I was just mindlessly staring at a mock draft when this thought occurred:

LA is on the clock and wants to pick a goalie - Schwarz and Montoya are both available. It may make perfect sense for LA and Edmonton to swap picks if the Kings do indeed want a goalie. The Oilers could move up and get a better forward at #11 - and I think it is pretty unlikely that both Schwarz and Montoya would be picked #12 and #13 by the Wild and Buffalo. Both guys could even still be there at #14 for the Kings.

Seems like a low risk way to help both teams - depends on what LA wants to move down I guess.

Would a 3rd move the Oilers up the three spots, or is that to little? Perhaps some teams would offer more.
