My goodness, what a horrible 30 seconds to the PP. They are just horrible right now. Put Wellman with Koivu and Bruno. It hurts not having Barker, Zids, and Latendresse in the lineup tonight.

Can Nordy suit up on the PP? It can't be worse than what just happened in the first.

Anyone else see the ad recapping the Chicago @ Wild comeback from last year and think, "wow, they're already begging us not to give up on the season yet, and it hasn't even started?"

How is this team worse than last year, how? I'm hoping the trip to the Fatherland lights a fire somehow.

Honestly, as much as I'd like to see Wellman start down in Houston; this team is just too bad to leave him off the roster. I think you've got to roll with Bruno - Koivu - Latendresse and then Wellman - Cullen - Havlat and then figure out the rest from there.

Also, too bad Richards doesn't have a catchier name. Otherwise we could all go with avatars similar to what Carolina Panther fans have...

I'll just keep telling myself it's because we have 3 regulars hurt.

Russo's tweet was "2-0 after 1. Helluva period by Wild"

I'm assuming that was a joke, or did we turn it on after giving up two goals?

I was really impressed with Falk that period. Good passes, good positioning and strong along the wall.

Has anyone come up with a good one for Brewster yet?

They did, but it was also one of the worst five minute stretches I've seen the team play. All in all, that was a ****** period.

Started looking a little better towards the end, but what the hell is with us and turnovers. Every time it happens I just cringe and hope backs is ready to make a stop.

Keep looking like this and keep overpricing their tickets, and they can kiss any sort of sellout streak goodbye forever.

It's one thing to pay a premium to watch a game in a huge hockey city (Toronto), or to watch a premium quality team (not us)... But it's another entirely to pay $80+ for good tickets to see a bunch of slackers chase the other team around all night.

CL better hope things turn around fast...

Well, to be fair, most people probably don't watch every preseason game, and it is unusual that they have so many seats available for every game, so there are probably a lot of people who legitimately don't know they could go to games.

Well we could always go across town and watch the Timber....umm I mean, there's the Gophers for half that price. At least it costs less!

Damnit. The season hasn't started yet and I already want to jump through my TV and strangle Terhaar's stupid face.

If I ever seen that guy in public...
