Adding More Padding?

So I took a pretty bad fall right on my behind tonight. Usually, I don't feel it but I guess over time the tailbone protector on my Mission Thorax girdle stopped being so well padded.

How should I go about adding more padding to my girdle? Should I just cut out some foam and glue/stitch them there? Would foams be better or something dense like the hip pads?

You can try taping/adding some old socks, or maybe the foam pad they might sell for egg crates.....you can also try with the wrist bands maybe wrap/tape those around the end for a game....
