Rangers might be interested in Souray on re-entry waivers

... if Toronto were to claim Souray on re-entry waivers and then trade him to NYR (for let´s say White - just a theoretical example so do not bash) - we would not get him for half the salary then - would we? We would have to pay the whole 5,4 M then - right?

This team is not good enough to compete in the East (yet).

I don't want to hear how he will help the power play. Our power play is fine with an elite sniper and a young QB.

Passing on Souray isn't like passing on Streit. Wherever Souray goes, we certainly won't be regretting it.
