If not for games, it might be used for news around the league.

Correct, we're trying to keep most non-habs related news to this thread. Unless it's a big story, those we are going to start to allow have their own threads.

A round of applause

for Cam Neely

he's gettin promoted, he's a true bruin, a true enemy.

Makes me kinda wonder how much a god Bourque would have been in Boston if he decided not to win a Stanley Cup.

Cam Neely is a joke!!! He should stick to acting. His role as Seabass was his best performance yet.

Ray Bourque is by far a better hockey player than Cam Neely was. Bourque is one of the best defencemen to ever play in the game....he doesn't get near as much credit as he deserves. So what if he let Boston to win a Cup....he knew it wasn't going to happen as a Bruin and he took a chance.

Who cares if Bourque was a better hockey player, Neely seems to be a hockey mind and went under the wing of Harry Sinden and has learned the other side of the game.

He is deserving of this as much as Yzerman is deserving a GM shot and any other hockey player who has put in their front office time wanting to be a an executive decision maker.

Thread can be merged with the Out of Town thread or whatever. I just find management interesting, why I made the thread.

I also find it interesting because you don't see much in terms of loyalty from players anymore. Very rare do you see a player play for one team, then go on to work for only that team in their post player career.

Even Gainey had to start out with a different organization.

Burke on the Kool-Aid??

Who in the ham sandwich does Brian Burke think Kaberle is?? Anaheim is interested and Burke thinks he can get Bobby Ryan for him? It's Tomas Kaberle, not Bobby Orr.....what a moron.

Yzerman is looking to extend St. Louis, so he shouldn't be in any rumours to Montréal!

So he averaged only 45 goals per season? What a bum!
