The first line is just not clicking and Armia's play is not getting any better when he is just alone out there and has to try to deke everybody and is not playing straightforward. Maybe rest a game or try a different line or something.

I think he should come to Jokerit next season, he can take Hentunen's place

Another good game, now with 7 shots, but still no production.

First time I saw the kid in action. He had indeed a good game and had a couple good scoring chances, but Ortio robbed him. His hockey IQ didn't really show much, but I was impressed by his North American straightforward playing style. For a 17-year-old kid, he is really mature with the puck and has natural instincts to go for the net.

Shot it in the crossbar and again generally good play with 6 shots total. No points of course...

I was really when they interviewed "MTV3's Hockey Specialist" and he told Armia reminds of Olli Jokinen

Did Göran Stubb said something about that Armia is now top three player in 2011 draft? I didn't watched whole thing but heard something like that. Does he meant top three player in Europe or what?

He said top-3/4 in Europe.

Good to see him keeping his feet on the ground.

Finally. Armia scores his seventh goal of the season against Blues on the powerplay.

Armia scores his second in first perioid!

2+0 after 13minutes. Both PP goals.

I like this kid.

8 games pointless and then BOOM BOOM

Why even bother to score goals if you are only going to score one.

Good that he's getting some goals for all his effort/chances he has had, and still 8 goals in 17 games isn't half bad for a 17-year old rookie.

I watched that game. Both goals were impressive. He looked like sniper. He was in front of the net and when he got the puck, shots were released quickly. And to be honest third goal wasn't that far away.

Impressive game yesterday for Armia. Two goals and strong play otherwise too.
