I can't believe Bryan Murray hasn't been canned. Drug dealer Melnyk knows pills but knows jack about hockey.

Murray has taken a team that was almost good enough to win the Cup and turned them into a mediocre farce.

The Heatley deal was a joke among several others.

I don't know who is worse Carey Price or the collection of stiffs Murray has assembled to tend goal for the Ottawa Senators.

Leafs get the win and Orr gets another TKO over speed bag Carkner as all the bloodthirsty violence loving Leaf fans at the ACC cheer wildly.

The Heatley deal was not the managements fault. you dont seem to know a lot about hockey yourself, especially compared to the owner and GM of a team that was one of the best just a couple years ago (4 straight 100+ point seasons), went to the finals, and might have gone to the finals again if Hasek wasnt injured.

This game should allow us to have a better estimation of just where this team is. Hopefully they carry the momentum from last night. It would be awesome to win our first 2 games, even better when they are both division rivals.

Hoping to see the Leafs build on last night. This needs to start with better play in the defensive zone. Smart passes from the defence, and the forwards actually giving them an outlet. Hopefully we wont see two wingers at the opposing blue line when our D has the puck in the corners!

What a difference it would make to start out 2-0 compared to last year.

It wouldn't be a Leafs-Sens game without those two things my friend. I won't be missing this one.

Jiggy is starting again. Wilson said that he's going to try to give Gustavsson one start a week throughout the season, however.

Our Father, who art in Toronto, Leaf Hockey be thy name, thy will be done, the game to be won against the evil Senators. Give us this day, let Krusty fall on his face, forgive Komi his give-aways, as we cheer Orr, who frequently beats Carkner. Lead us not into Ottawa’s trap, but deliver us to victory, in the name of Ballard’s ghost, the fans and the upper-cut by Lefebre. Amen.

I wrote one for the opener and it worked.. I'll keep doing em while we win...

Our Father, who art in Toronto, Leaf Hockey be thy name, thy will be done, the game to be won against the hated Habs. Give us this day, Carey Price’s 5-hole, forgive us our penalties, as we forgive those who drafted 2nd overall. Lead us not into the bottom 5 but deliver us to victory, in the name of the fans, Wendel Clark’s moustache.. Amen

For those that are wondering who Will get the start.. Ron Wilson confirmed it's Jiggy..
Source: Ken Beckett
Quote:
- Following practice, Leafs head coach Ron Wilson revealed that Jean-Sebastien Giguere will get the start in net against Ottawa on Saturday. Giguere was brilliant against the Habs on Thursday, stopping 26 of 28 shots, including shutting the door during a late game push for the win and first star honours.
Here's also some notes he got..
Quote:
- Colby Armstrong did not participate in practice. Armstrong was sore from blocking a shot during Thursday's win against the Habs and was given Friday's practice off to recover. It was revealed however that he will not miss any game time and will play against the Sens on Saturday.

- John Mitchell filled in for Armstrong on the third line during practice after being a healthy scratch on Thursday. With no injuries to any forwards or any disappointing performances during Thursday's game, it is likely that Mitchell will be a healthy scratch once again on Saturday.

- Brett Lebda continues to get closer to returning after suffering a shoulder injury in a pre-season game against the Philadelphia Flyers more than two weeks ago. Lebda practiced with the Leafs on Friday and is expected to be back in the lineup by next Friday when Toronto takes on the New York Rangers.
