It's great that Lee got through that, but this is absolute ******** what the Rays are doing. It's clear that this is a tactic they're using to call time randomly to try to throw Lee off. It's the umpire's job to only grant time when it's warranted, not whenever it's asked for, especially not as late as it's currently being called. This kind of stuff never happens in the regular season.
