It is a play on words. The RICO Statute is an acronymn of a federal law. Desjardins' nickname is Rico. Statute became statue as a description of tribute.

We can do Rrrriiiiiccccoooo Powerplay, too, if that is desired.

Is it because I mentioned him a couple of days ago?

No. He wore #37 and we've had a recent run of players representing these threads by their jersey numbers.

For those that saw The Dark Knight, a RICO is what was used to get all the mafia. That's the only example I can think of the top of my head.

True.

But yeah, that kayaking trip was the 2nd one with her, both times she invited me too.

Had first again! Woohoo. Not that anyone else cares.

Anyone else see CBJ's avatars right now? The theme is "The first 10 don't count." Definitely check them out if you're curious, it's pretty funny.

Law and Desjardins? This is just my kind of scene...

Not because I'm a delinquent.

IIRC, it makes any crime committed by an organization a crime for any/all of its members.

When I first started watching the Flyers, his play was how I judged and learned about defensemen.

Why do I hit it off with girls that are pens fans so well? I have no idea why that happens.

They probably didn't know what hockey was pre Crosby era.

Well they are young pens fans, so they might not be that bright.

I don't think Rico missed the playoffs his entire career. Smart, steady, and calm with the puck. His backhand clears out of the zone were a thing of beauty.

I once chatted up a girl wearing a crosby t-shirt. she really ****ing loved the penguins, and went on about how she'd been following them religiously her whole life, but then got really confused when i mentioned malkin and fleury. she had never heard of them before.

edit: my girlfriend once defriended someone on facebook because she was a crosby fan. i like this girl.

Ok, I have to get this off my chest, I am ****ing sick and tired of ****ing Apple and everything they do, especially the huge fanboys. Especially when there are better products on the market and/or will be. Don't give me the Apps ******** and all that, because I don't care. Apps don't make a phone/music player.
