Also Loui, the real deal and Richard I love you! Along with Kari
That line is beautiful but it would be very nice if another line could get some pressure in the offensive zone. or even you know, keep the puck in there long enough for the d to change.

Not a bad gaffe though. Bergie is a big body and that was a very sweet touch. you can't expect Nisky to front him down there. just a good re-direct by Berglund.

Barch hurts the team with an offensive zone penalty.

I expect him to occupy his man's stick. Actually, I don't expect him to. But some people might.

Yes but we are talking about the save not the situation....Conklin had to dive/jump across but then again Nabby's save was a one time slapper. It's close and now that I am thinking about it, without the situation the goalies were in Nabby save is better. But not by much IMO

Grossman with a mind-numbingly idiotic play. You're not going to score.

We're talking about both. You most definitely have to take into account the situation. The ability to make that kind of save with the immense amount of pressure is what can put nearly identical saves leagues apart. Ignoring the situation is foolish.

The fact that Barch is getting enough ice time to go into the offensive zone and take a penalty makes it worse. Hes only played 6 min but he shouldnt have even that.

Yes I know but if you do ignore the situation it is very close. But you usually look at the situation therefore Nabby save is better and I was wrong

AND WE JUST KILLED OF A 5-3!!!

Grossman with mind-numbingly idiotic play #2.

fair enough but he had just successfully moved him out of the way and they were re-positioning. re-directs can come to either side. still a mistake on his part, or certainly not good play, but that is still vast improvement from last year. from "another egregious error" to "well he missed it". it is niskanen we are discussing after all.

I think some of his brains leaked out of his lip when the skate cut him open.
