Where Do NHL Fines Go?

JUst curious where money fines from the NHL go?

3 million from the Devils
$2,500 from Foligno

The Foligno fine would go to the NHLPA relief fund. I'm not sure about the Devils fine however that would go somewhere else. Possibly into revenue sharing.
