Where Do NHL Fines Go?

JUst curious where money fines from the NHL go?

3 million from the Devils
$2,500 from Foligno

The Foligno fine would go to the NHLPA relief fund. I'm not sure about the Devils fine however that would go somewhere else. Possibly into revenue sharing.

Note that salary withheld for players suspended by a Team (as opposed to suspended by the League) is just kept by the Team and not required to be donated.
