Haha yes Garbs.

I think we can take this one, they have a lot of injuries, though they have been playing quite good despite that fact.

The Isles haven't won a game away from home yet so they should be hungry right out of the gate. IMO, the Leafs have to start fast like they did against both the Habs and the Sens. Get the Isles off their game early.

But the big wild card in this one is Dwayne Roloson. He always seems to stand on his head whenever he plays us at the ACC. If he shuts the door like he did last year, we're in for a long night.

True. But Let's not forget 90% of the puck shots he took all came from Jason Blake, right on his chest

Want this one so bad. Last year watching this game was the moment where I gave up on the playoffs last year.

It takes more than 4 wins to make it to the playoffs.

We need Push to 93 themed avatars or something.

We'll have to get someone in advertising to make a better slogan of course, but I've laid the groundwork. If we can't find anybody, hopefully somebody who can rhyme will step forward.

Isles might be better than any team we've faced so far, at least in the early going of this season. They have a decent PP and 2 good goalies. Hopeully they don't take the Isles lightly.

Lebda Anxious To Make Leafs Debut

this are exactly the games we`ve never won but we would have to win if we want to make the playoffs...but this year is different, right?

we can win this! GO LEAFS GO!

I know this is exactly the type of game we would lose. At home to a team we think we are better than and after a big win no less.

but I still think we'll stream roll the Isles. I think we have the character in the group that we won't let up and take advantage of fixtures like these.

5 - 1 Leafs and a big game from Kulemin I feel. 2 goals, 1 assist.

You know, it is strange. They are 2-3 yet they only have 2 less points than the Leafs who are 4-0. Bizarre.

Loser, I mean OT, points have something to do with it.

Islanders are playing well enough, better then I expected. As long as the Leafs dont underestimate them, it should be a good game.

Not to underestimate NYI, (since it seems like we never play that well against them) but as long as we keep playing the way we have been, we should go to town on their D.

Completely agreed.

I have watched them play and they are not to be taken lightly. After all, they did manage to lose only 2-1 against Washington. YIKES!

The game(s) I saw Lebda play in the pre-season, he was absolutely brutal.

Imagine the Leafs win this, that's 10 points already. That is really huge. That means we need just 80 or 82 points the rest of the way if 90-92 pts. is the cutoff for the last playoff spot.

Hope we go 5-0-0 and don't underestimate the Isles! There won't be easy games for us this season, but as long as we keep on playing agressively, things will be allright

As bad as Gunnarsson has been, I don't know how I feel about switching the lineup when we've been playing so well.
