I was really hoping Jamie Benn would be ready to go today, it would have given us an important element of depth that Tampa wouldn't be able to match.

The top two lines for both teams are pretty comparable. It's going to go to the goaltenders to decide it I think.

The Stars have taken 5 minor penalties per game so far. The Lightning have converted on 21% of their power plays. The Stars have conceded on 30% of their kills. I predict Tampa scores at least 1 PP goal tomorrow. There's your groundbreaking analysis for the day.

We will lose if Daley and Grossman are to play more than 20 minutes in a game, I can guarantee you that.

I would argue that Robidas is the only defenceman on the team that should be getting 20+ minutes.

Unfortunatly we need more than one guy to play that much. None of the others have done anything to really distinguish themselves, and even Robidas has been a bit shaky this season

I just hope everyone settles down eventually..

I know it doesn't mean anything, but I would really, really, really like the Stars to be the last undefeated team in the league

So I saw the intro video for the Stars the other night before the Blues game and I was wondering why all the guys are dressed like they're on Oceans 23 or something. Fistric and Grossman look like they're in the Mafia, Burish looks like an usher at the movie theater he is in front of, Lehtonen looks like he's going to play paint ball, and Ott looks like some kind of vampire.

There are far too many screenshots to take from that video, lol.

I don't know why they're like that, but I like how they tried to insert more of the city and area into the video. They did that back in 02-03 but have gone away from it for whatever reason in recent years. (I still like the City of Stars slogan from 04)

Yea, I thought that was a nice touch. It made it feel like they were actually the DALLAS Stars, rather than the Dallas City Skyline Stars, lol. I really didn't care for the music in this video either, but my buddy and I started laughing when they had the tough guy pan across the tattoo shop with Ott sitting there, haha. I think Ott was in the video more than anyone else.

I really hate these early start times, and with the Rangers playing tonight, I'll be listening to that at work instead. So, scorecenter updates for me! Viva las estrellas!
