Can we contain Rostislav Olesz? This is a serious question.

like I said in the last thread, Florida has been very impressive so far this season. They have outplayed the opposition in all 5 of their games so far this year, and in my opinion have been probably the best and most consistent team so far this year. Dallas better bring their A game, or they'll get another ass kicking.

It's very important they get it togather for this one. They have to string togather another 2 or 3 wins here to really cement their good start. Can't afford to have two losses in a row going into a very tough game against Nashville.

Florida's defense and goaltending have been impressive, but they still cannot score. If Dallas can get three goals, they should win, and Dallas should be able to get three goals.

well they did score 6 goals in the last game they played against the Lightning. That was obviously a outlier result for both teams but they can score goals if the opposition isn't sharp. They've been very unlucky so far with their shooting percentage, but that'll likely correct itself in time.

I recall that Florida beat us last year in a high scoring game, so definetly don't look past this team.

You know what would be a fun idea for a future GDT? Everyone in the thread just talk about whoever the Stars were playing next. Absolutely no mention of the current team on the docket. We'd have to decide this in advance though.

That was the game where whoever it was scored a hat trick within like the first 5 minutes or something. It was ridiculous.

!!!!!!!!!!!!GOOO STARS GOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think we can win this game, we just need Kari to play like he has been doing all year, control his rebounds a bit better, play better defensively AND KILL SOME DAMN PENALTIES PLEASE! The only thing I am worried about his that i've watched all the games so far besides our last one and we lost...and i'll be missing this one to unfourtnatley But I still believe in our Stars!
Stars - 5
Panthers -3
High scoring game IMO. Richard get's 3 point night! Kari faces under 30 shots and allows 3 goals.

Good God.

Good God.
Are we sure this guy has the stomach to be an NHL coach? Not mad at anybody? Maybe you should be, our sterling PK percentage should raise a few eyebrows around the coaching staff.

For the love of god, they should have taken out Daley or something.

But we can't take Daley out, he leads all defensemen on the team in TOI.

well Fistric hasn't exactly earned any playing time this year outside of that one game against Detroit where he showed what everyone wanted to see.

I still kind of like Jeff Woywitka atleast he's willing to jump into the play and be aggressive with the puck.

COME ON STARS! please win
