Good win.

We have great 3rd periods each game.

PP is beyond awful.

PK is beyond awesome.

Hopefully we can take this momentum into the Carolina game and take them out.

Muzzin played so well, I'm so impressed by him and Drewiske. I think Murray's idea of having Drewiske join the rush is a good idea.

Kind of pissed Schenn didn't get more ice time, oh well

Great effort overall other than the PP.

Defense was strong. Drewiske and Muzzin both had their best games of the year.

Williams is just a ball of energy. Poni is playing well.

Quick with another strong effort. Not just his stats but he looks like he's back to the form he was in when he first got that #1 role. Focused. I'm impressed.

2 wins against Vancouver to start the year feels good.

Ponikarovsky had a great game tonight.

Can't wait for the Brown haters to try and downplay his effort.

Hats off to Quick again. Kings aren't firing on all cylinders yet but we're still getting the wins. This is what good teams do.

I loved how Handzus popped Kesler a couple times in the scrum at the end there. Serves him right for being a dooshbag.

Tough to get much ice time when the other 3 centers are getting the job done like Kopitar, Stoll, & Handzus did tonight.

Nice win

Brown and Kopitar are steadily getting better. Coach Murray most likely has that duo penciled in for the rest of the season. I haven't been critical of their play this season, I think they are doing well enough, just the points have been hard to come by. Nice to see them get on the score sheet.

Where's Simmonds?

Alex Ponikarovsky has been workman-like so far. A little more physical from what I remember.

Defense played really good, so did J. Quick.

I loved the way Drewiskie, Muzzin and Poni played today.

Simmer looked better today as well but he was not the old Simmer we saw last season.

Quick he is just so good right now.

PK amazing, PP ehh?

And line two is all JJ14

I love Poni. He might not be scoring like Frolov did (at points), but he's been amazing on the PK and has been hustling like mad. Since his pretty awful first game, he's been great.

The casucks tried again to work us over and for the second time this season we showed them that its not gonna happen anymore. Tonight was another example of how important overall team toughness is to winning. There is a fine line but being able to hit back and take the game to the opposition is what I have seen early on this season that was missing too often last season.

We look balanced in each aspect of our game. We still need time to gel in some areas but so far so much better.

Yup, if those 3 are doing there jobs there's nothing wrong with limiting Schenn's time. He'll pay his dues and adjust in time, we just need to be patient and not expect him to light the world on fire right away. He's doing well where he is now, and the team's doing well.
