Can he stay on the line with Kopitar now??? I love Loktionov, but that line was incredible tonight.

Not sure how, but Carolina beat PHX 5-3 in OT.

... A hat trick and 6 shots on goal for Richardson in just 12:16. That's amazing.

You veterans!

Is there a real chance for TM to let Richie play on the first now?

It was also nice to see Mitchell, Greene & Scuderi playing so hard out there despite the 2 PP goals against. When Doughty comes back I'll be very happy.

From one of the worst players in 09 to being a probable legit 1st liner in 10.

Dude works his ass off and has skills.

Seems like that is the only line that has stayed together. Doubt it will be broken up for Parse.

Very good night for Kings' fans:

Kings win, Dallas lost, Ducks lost and Phoenix lost in OT. Oh yeah, some guy named Kovalchuk was a healthy scratch.

I thought Mitchell did not have a good game. No one big error but lots of little ones. Drewiskie had a good third period after a big mistake in the 2nd. Simmonds (who I like a lot) made a dumb mistake as well. I still think the refs called it off the jumbotron.

I dont think he will be suspended....watch the replay. Yes, he takes his glove off the butt end of his stick, however he never thrusts it backwards. Gilaradi either took it off the nutts or he dove and embellihed the call.

Keep that first line together while it's hot! Richardson came out smoking from the get-go. Brown has been hauling ass too, making his physical presence felt..dude is like a truck out there.

Simmonds, man, what the heck?

Welcome back Matt Greene.

Overall, a fun game to watch. Lots of action at both ends of the ice. Both teams had their chances, and we got the 2pts.

On to Minny! Hope Murray scratches Westy in favor of Lewis. Clifford could take Richardson's old spot.
