Oh, big time-the Buckeyes are taking over the entire NFL in popularity.

The Bills suck I know but that old man Chan Gailey is getting it done.

It's OT with the Steelers and I could care less who wins but the Bills need some respect..

The Buckeyes need more respect than the Jackets...

Bills lose to a great Pittsburgh team but they should have won, Steve Johnson from Kentucky dropped the game winning TD in OT-he will have a tough time sleeping tonight.

So it goes...

I have benen impressed with what Gailey's doing there. I hope he keeps it up. I'm of course happy with the outcome of that game but as you know I have a soft spot for the Bills - not the least because of Jim Kelly and a player I went to high school with, Mark Kelso.

I know you know, Kelly was a Pittsbugh area High School product, as Marino and many more. Pitt is a great sport area and they earned the win today.

I did not know you went to school with Kelso, how sweet is that!

Stevie Johnson is taking that dropped TD ball in OT quite hard (Pitt/Bills), cried at his locker after the game. He did address the media though, a 7th round pick that reached the top quickly. Hopefully he will grow from this and bounce back-seems as though he's a great kid..

Yes, and I agree.

As Sullivan said, he needs to get over himself.. It's hard I'm sure but it's a professional league and many great players have failed at times, the truely great one's recover.

He needs to get back at it and make that catch the next time... it's the 'ages old' self confidence thing.

Not sure we know enough about him to know whether he's "on the edge of losing it." And his post doesn't blame God for anything, let along "making" him drop the pass. He just doesn't get why bad things happen to good people (in his mind). He's not the only one.

This.

And at the risk of playing the what-if game and coming off like the homer I am, if Emanuel Sanders doesn't drop his pass, Steelers score a TD and we're likely not headed to OT.

maybe he took it down, but that's not what i saw last night on Yahoo's Sports page...

it was along the lines of I look up to you for guidance and this is how you repay me, you make me drop the ball, i'll never forget what you did to me...etc etc

We are interpreting he same words differently. But in no way does he say "you made me drop the pass."

That's right up there with Dan Ellis whining about his pay cut.

I love the MAC and they have many good teams but does he know OSU makes a living off that league?

At least he owned up to his gaff... I give him credit for that.

Illinois actually has a worse defense than Michigan (and I didn't really think that was possible).

Whatever else you can say about Cam Newtion, there's no denying he's a great college QB. With SC/Auburn and Oregon/Oregon State, there's lots of talent and emotion on display. Nebraska and Oklahoma later - good day for football. I'm almost sorry that I'm heading out to the Arena, soon.
