I'll give Upshall the nod here over Weber, having never had the opportunity to see Weber play. Hopefully both will turn out to be stars for us.

Upshall.
BTW, where does Pivko fit in? He seems to be a forgotten propsect, almost NHL ready per the org...

I'd say he's pretty even with Finley, IMHO. He probably has the best shot of making the team next year, in fact if I were to have to name one lock, that's who I'd pick.

I agree that he is sure bet for next season's roster. However, when I rate prospects I don't consider that as much as I do overall career potential.

I expect Pivko to be in the NHL next year, if not right from the gun, by December at the latest (assuming no work stoppage). He's a very solid defensive foward, with a deceptively smooth scoring touch. I think he will be one of those guys who are the top defensive fowards plus he can chip in 10-15 goals a season in the NHL.

I think Pivko will be in the NHL long before Finley will.

Ice hockey and knees are kinda scary though...Webs played amazing hockey, even after a nasty concussion.

I saw Upshall play twice 2 years ago after he signed but was sent down. During the anthems, he would lean over at the bench and other 4 guys stood there, and wouldn't join his teamates, good luck!!
